Unless a product is covered by a stated guarantee, all purchases are final sale and non-refundable once processed.
This includes:

Subscription renewals
Discounted or promotional items
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Eligible Products Only)
Some products may include a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
This applies only to products where the guarantee is clearly listed on the product page at the time of purchase.
Guarantee Timeframe
Customers must request a refund within 30 days of the order date
The guarantee window is based strictly on the order date
Carrier delays or late deliveries do not extend the guarantee period

3. Subscription Cancellations
Subscription details appear at checkout and may be pre-selected
Customers may uncheck or modify the subscription option before completing checkout
Cancel anytime before your next billing date
Canceling stops future charges only
Charges already processed are non-refundable
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of the order’s delivery with photos or video.
If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
